Burlington, Ontario – Tribe Rentals Corporation has achieved the BOMA BESt Level 1 certification for Martha Terrace.
Martha Terrace, a 119-unit rental apartment building managed by Tribe, meets all of the BOMA Go Green Best Practices in environmental management and has been awarded the 3-year certification.
This is the first certification Tribe has received in Ontario and it is the eighth certification in Canada for Tribe.
Tribe continues to take a leadership role in environmental issues using its Compliance Tool to monitor education as outlined in their Environmental Policy and by participating in environmental certification for the properties they manage.
