Our experience renting at Jericho Lands has been great. We always receive notices of work being done well ahead of time, maintenance related to our unit is scheduled and communicated to us with plenty of lead time for us to make any necessary arrangements and the management responds quickly to any questions or issues that we might have. Very personable and friendly people to deal with and they are always hands on keeping an eye on the property they manage. Overall a great experience and would recommend them to manage any property.

I have been a tenant with Gateway Property Management Corporation for just over a year. If I could use one word to describe the team, it would be "Service."  Tatiana and her team have been quick to respond to any issues I have reported and did so in a professional and courteous manner. All staff have been friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
